Estimated call volume is based on averages over a number of different industries. Your call volume may be higher or lower dependent on variables such as the number of junk calls (shorter calls) and the amount of information we take from each qualified caller (longer calls). Basically most junk calls only take a few seconds, while calls that we need to collect information (name, address, etc.) and schedule an appointment on your behalf will take longer.

Often the call plan you need for your business is a best guess, until we get more data.
